Hi valued supporters
For the third year running, Team LifeCare will be running and walking in the 2015 Melbourne Marathon Festival on October 18 and hoping to raise much needed funds to support our various programs.
LifeCare has already seen 700 clients this year including many families and children. Our aim is to make a long-term positive impact by diverting them from drug use, crime, homelessness, the sex industry and of course future family violence. One way we do this is by helping children become more resilient through our COACH mentoring program. For example, we have seen a 22% increase in resilience (across 26 indices of measurement) for young people who have graduated from our COACH program.
